Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have fourteen days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving reasons, starting the day after you receive the goods. To exercise withdrawal, send a clear statement to our email address before the deadline. We will confirm receipt where practicable.
Exceptions for sealed goods
Under EU law, the right of withdrawal may not apply if goods were unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons, provided we informed you before purchase. Dietary supplements commonly fall into this category when the safety seal is broken.
Defective or incorrect shipments
If products arrive damaged, contaminated, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us within seven days of delivery with photographs and your order reference. Where your claim is justified under Finnish consumer law, we will offer repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
Return process and condition
After we approve a return, we provide a return address and packaging guidance. Items must be returned with reasonable care. We may refuse a refund if goods show excessive wear beyond what is necessary to inspect them, subject to statutory rights.
Refunds and timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within fourteen days of receiving returned goods or evidence of return shipment, whichever is earlier, unless we need to inspect the return. We do not charge refund fees unless permitted by law.
Shipping costs
For standard withdrawal, you bear the direct cost of returning goods unless we state otherwise or the item was defective. Promotional free-shipping offers do not necessarily extend to return logistics unless required by law.
Non-returnable situations
- Opened supplement bottles where hygiene exceptions apply.
- Items damaged after delivery through no fault of ours.
- Bundles where partial return would distort pricing, if disclosed at purchase.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a payment dispute, we may pause duplicate refunds until the card network resolves the case. Providing accurate tracking information helps avoid misunderstandings.
