Advertising and truthful presentation
We aim to market Uverio in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, EU Directive 2005/29/EC on unfair commercial practices, and applicable food-law requirements for supplements. We do not state or imply that Uverio cures, mitigates, or prevents illness. Authorised nutrition or health statements may appear only as permitted on the product label and in line with the EU register of nutrition and health claims. When you arrive from an online advertisement, the total price including VAT, other mandatory charges, and delivery is shown before you place the order.
Orders, pricing, and acceptance
Product descriptions, prices, and availability may change before we accept an order. A contract is formed when we send an order confirmation to your email address. We may refuse or cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, regulatory constraints, or stock limitations. If payment was collected and we cancel, we will refund promptly.
Payment and delivery
Payment methods appear at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on carriers. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
